Cisco Catalyst IW6300 Wi-Fi access point is designed specifically for hazardous locations, with Class I Division 2 certification, and protected by a sealed, corrosion-resistant enclosure, including IP67 dust and water resistance. Catalyst IW6300 provides end-to-end security, including Wi-Fi Protected Access 3 (WPA3) for stronger encryption. It provides the following benefits:
- Management: Managed by Cisco DNA Center that streamlines IT and OT network management, and proactively and predictively resolves issues for a worry-free network, and maintains a uniformity of network policies between wired and wireless access
- Purpose-built: Engineered for hazardous environments, but still our lightest and most compact access points yet in that category
- Secure connectivity and flexibility: These mesh access points deliver certified, dependable 802.11ac Wave 2 with WPA3 wireless encryption, three PoE ports, and one SFP port
