Paying it Forward – Volunteering with FIRST

2023 CEO Town Hall Picnic Highlight Reel
In September 2023, over 1,500 employees gathered at Rockwell Automation’s Milwaukee headquarters for the CEO Town Hall & Picnic celebration. This special event brought together our CEO and executive leadership team to meet and greet an enthusiastic crowd, share their vision and achievements, and express gratitude and appreciation. ROK LOK Revival ‘23 Highlights
More than 250 employees from across the company came together at the Milwaukee headquarters and virtually for a two-day cybersecurity summit, ROK LOK Revival ’23. Attendees learned from internal and external cybersecurity experts, team-build, and network with colleagues. They share why Rockwell is the perfect place to learn, make an impact and grow a career.
Celebrating Difference and Belonging: RAAP ERG
In 2013, employees in the Milwaukee area started the Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific (RAAP) employee resource group. The following year, a Cleveland chapter started. Since then, the group has amassed more than 800 members and recently started a new chapter in Canada. RAAP organizes teams to participate in the annual Dragon Boat Races, which are a popular platform for all Rockwell employees to network and build community.
