The average daily high temperature for Boston in November is 52°F/11°C, and can drop to as low as 38°F/3°C on average. When traveling to Boston at this time of year, be sure to pack warm clothes and a sufficient coat.
Travel Notice
We strongly recommend our guests refer to the U.S. Department of State and the CDC website for the latest travel and visa requirements.
Rockwell Automation has negotiated room blocks at several area hotels. Many of the hotels are walkable to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Complimentary shuttle service is also provided to and from select hotels and the event.
The deadline to request a room in the Automation Fair room block is Wednesday, October 18. Following this date, we will continue to assist attendees in securing hotel rooms; however, availability will be limited and our negotiated rates will no longer be available.
Note: When you request a hotel reservation through Automation Fair Housing, you will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee your room. All hotel room fees are the responsibility of the attendee.
Transportation
Boston is easily accessible by air. Boston Logan International Airport offers multiple options for ground transfers to the convention center area.
Note: Automation Fair attendees are responsible for their own transportation and parking costs.
Complimentary Event Shuttle Service
Many of the hotels are walkable to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Complimentary shuttle service is also provided to and from select hotels and the event. Please check the event app for event shuttle information.
Area Airport Service
Estimated Taxi/Uber/Lyft fare: $20-35 USD plus gratuities one way to the convention center
