According to McKinsey, companies in the top quartile for racial and ethnic diversity are 35 percent more likely to outperform in profitability. A strong inclusion and diversity strategy can help an organization attract top talent, drive innovation and increase profitability. However, expressing a desire to hire and retain a more diverse workforce is one thing, but creating sustainable culture change requires a thoughtful, intentional strategy.

In this video, Jonathan Hoffman, Senior Hardware Engineer; John Lohmann, Regional Sales Manager, OEM; and Luella Kortendick, Vice President of CP&S Operations discuss how to launch an effective inclusion and diversity initiative, which includes best practices and what’s worked well, as well as pitfalls to avoid.
