While there is broad consensus that diversity and inclusion are good for business, accurately measuring inclusion in conjunction with diversity is a common obstacle for business leaders. While diversity is relatively easy to measure, inclusion is often described in subjective terms and anecdotes.

In this video, Leslie Galloway Sherard, Manager of HR Compliance and Workforce Diversity; Michele Matthai, Director of Culture of Inclusion; and Rachel Schickowski, Manager of Employee Engagement discuss how we define inclusion. This definition includes the metrics and methods we’re using to measure it, and how we’re using outcomes from our data to create new opportunities for improvement.
