Time: 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time
Duration: 60 Minutes
Language: English

Overview

Baked Goods manufacturers are facing workforce shortages, higher production demand, increased operational complexity, and inflationary pressures, in addition to ever-changing consumer preferences and dietary/allergen restrictions.  Today more than ever, producers are being asked to do more with less, while still providing a safe, high-quality product to the market as quickly as possible.

Despite these demands, production and process problems often go unexamined or only partially addressed - resulting in loss of throughput and productivity.

In the face of these challenges, we can instead explore digital alternatives that help us overcome process hurdles and navigate increasingly complex value chains.

In this webinar, we'll share practical examples of Industrial AI and demonstrate how these technologies are changing our approach to manufacturing business challenges.

Examples include:

  • Soft sensors and AI logic for reducing product giveaway (or overfill) - maximizing output and profitability
  • Model predictive control for managing moisture content and yield optimization; examples include proofing and oven control
  • Condition-based monitoring algorithms that help achieve a more predictive maintenance strategy
  • Machine vision and AI pattern recognition that recognize anomalies, to improve quality and reduce scrap and loss
