Our annual Customer Experience Survey is an important part of helping make improvements that will make our products, software, and services work better for you. Every March, we ask a third-party research firm, Burke, Inc. to contact customers on our behalf. We encourage you to be honest.

We want to hear all feedback, not just good feedback.

"Make it faster and easier to download software."


Implemented NEW DOWNLOAD PLATFORM that is quicker, allows multiple downloads at one time, and is more secure.

"It's difficult to find services agreements for my sites."


Every Rockwell Automation customer can retrieve their service agreements from a new customer portal.

"Improve the online forums experience."


Launched ENGAGE ONLINE COMMUNITY to bring customers, partners, and Rockwell Automation staff together to ask and answer product questions, collaborate, share ideas, and innovate.
