Create an Account with Authorization Number

As a TechConnect® customer, we have made a variety of electronic communication channels available to you. To take advantage of these benefits, you need to create an account in KnowledgeBase and configure it with your authorization number or BPID. Let us show you how to do it.

The BPID or authorization number identifies you as a client with privileges. This number gives you access to all the content on the platform, so it is important that your account is configured with the BPID corresponding to your company.
